Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy:

Reservations are fully refundable up to two weeks before your stay.  After that point, the amount of the refund will be contingent on whether we are able to find a replacement rental. 

Smoking policy:

Out of consideration for all our guests, there is no smoking inside the cabins.  If our cleaning personnel ascertain that this rule has been broken, we will add a $35 charge to your bill. 

Noise policy:

Please be considerate of your neighbors.  Enjoy the campfire, friends and the wilderness.  Please keep it quiet after 11:00pm.  We might stop by and remind you if it is a little loud. 

Pets:

We welcome your pets.  We ask that you pay an additional $25 charge to help with the cost of additional cleaning and wear and tear.  Thanks.

Check-in and check-out:

Unless you have paid an additional fee, we ask that check-in is no earlier than 3:00 pm and check-out is no later than 11:00 am.  Our cabin cleaning staff needs enough time to schedule cleaning the cabins between stays. 

Two night stays:

We ask that you book at least two nights in a row.  Please call if you would like an exception.  We can usually do this last minute or during the weekdays when there is more cabin availability.
