The Backcountry shelter is the ultimate OFF THE GRID experience offering the minimalist approach to enjoying nature's beauty. This OFF THE GRID shelter is the perfect getaway for those who like camping but wish for a sturdier and established structure. Our Backcountry cabin offers the prefect combination of modern amenities with the simple way of living.

*IMPORTANT* Please note that this shelter is off the grid. This shelter has battery operated lanterns, solar outdoor lighting and 5 gallon jugs of potable water. This shelter does not have electricity or running water.

*IMPORTANT* Please note that you must hike 1/4 mile to access this shelter, unless your vehicle has 4WD or you indicate on your reservation that you would like RRG Staff to transport you and your supplies up to the cabin for a $15 fee each way. WHAT'S PROVIDED IN THE CABIN?

KITCHEN: 4 Burner gas range with oven, French press coffee maker, cooking skillets and range of dishes for 4, cutting boards, silverware, and cooking utensils.

BEDROOM: Queen size bed and futon,

WATER:5 Gallon jug of drinking water and 5 Gallon jug of dish water

BATH: Outhouse

ANYTHING ELSE?

Yes, you must hike 1/4 mile to access this shelter, unless your vehicle has 4WD or you indicate on your reservation that you would like RRG Staff to transport you and your supplies up to the cabin for a $15 fee each way.
