Covid-19 Information:

We here at Red River Gorgeous hope you and yours are moving through this different-feeling time with as much grace, health, cohesion and piece of mind as is possible.

Most especially, we hope that with the social distancing and changes to schedules and usual routines we are all facing, that your family and friends are continuing to find good sources of the healthy Vitamins M (movement) and N (nature).

While it is true that the National Forest Service has closed public areas in the gorge, and Governor Beshear has closed the Natural Bridge State Park, we are still open and are able to operate here as a hotel/motel on our private land, which is located within the boundaries of the Red River Gorge.

Therefore, if you feel it would be a safe choice for yourself, your family and your community, we'd like to welcome you to come and join us for a stay and a rest from the outside world.

Please know we are throughly cleaning all of our cabins, treehouses, and linens to CDC standards and are spending extra effort on frequently touched surfaces such as door knobs and sink faucets.  We also air out the structures as much as possible between guests, and, now more than ever, appreciate the safety of our direct check in system, where guests receive a check in code ahead of their arrival and can proceed directly to their cabin or treehouse, thereby taking away the need for a stop here at the main office.

We do have hiking and activity suggestions should you decide to come and visit the gorge now.  Please email us at:  [email protected] or call 606-663-9824 for more information.
