Red River Gorgeous has been renting cabins in the Red River Gorge geological area for nearly thirty years. We are one of the few companies that have cabins available right in the National Forest. You can step out your door and be on a trail within minutes. Our main cabin complex is located a mile behind the Nada Tunnel and less than a mile from the Red River. Our property accesses the National Forest trail network that offers endless hiking options in terms of difficulty and distance.
If you prefer a scenic drive, with short hikes to spectacular views, you can jump in the car and drive around the 715 loop road. Stop at Chimney Top Rock, Sky Bridge, Whistling Arch, or countless other views. The Red River Gorge Geological area spans about 20 square miles. Within this area, there are over 100 arches, along with many miles of spectacular cliff lines.
For climbers, we are walking distance from Military Wall and Long Wall. We are about a five minute drive from Fantasia, and ten minutes of Pebble Beach and Eastern Sky Bridge.
The goal of Red River Gorgeous is to be the best choice in the Red River Gorge area for people who love the outdoors.
